Sports Specialist - Volleyball
The position requires that the employee possess the academic credentials and additional criteria necessary for the rank of Sports Specialist (Volleyball) in the Department of Physical Education and perform the duties of an Assistant Volleyball Coach. The Faculty member is expected to carry out his/her duties and responsibilities in a competent manner and maintain high standards of conduct. The ideal candidate possess one or more years of experience as a national travel club and/or high school head volleyball coach and/or 4 years of experience as an NCAA varsity volleyball student-athlete. The position is 32 hours per week/18 weeks. To be qualified for this position, you must meet the education requirements and have experience teaching college level classes in the required field of study. To qualify for a Sports Specialist (Volleyball) you must possess at least one or more years' experience as a Head Volleyball Coach of a national travel club program and/or high school Head Coach.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
