Our company has tremendous national recognition and this unique position has all the upside of brokerage with the comfort of a steady income.    Whether a retailer's disposition, lease restructuring or lease renewal goals are related to M&A activity, underperforming locations, relocations, downsizings, change in prototype, corporate restructuring or the normal course of business (i.e., pending critical dates), Excess Space implements Best-In-Class programs focused on maximizing the value of real estate for our clients.    We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional to fill a new Director level position in our growing and dynamic organization.  The Director will be provided with an entire book of established pre-existing business consisting of several large national retail clients of the firm.  The primary responsibilities are to assist the retailers with building best in class programs inclusive of negotiating lease restructuring and disposition transactions.   Essential Job Duties:  Negotiate directly on behalf of clients with their landlords to renegotiate and restructure their leases Draft LOI's for specific transactions  Interface directly with clients to communicate and consult on overall strategies as well as deal specific discussions Perform analyses on each specific transaction  Weekly client reporting  May perform other duties as assigned Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required  Master's Degree and/or Juris Doctor Degree is desirable 2-5 years of retail real estate experience  A significant understanding of retailleases required Great negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers Strong organizational, mathematical and analytical skills. Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills  Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment 18002739

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
