Ensure excellent customer service, compliance adherence including testing and monitoring for compliance to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and within the bank's policies and procedures. Ensure vendors are held to SLAs. This position will stay abreast of and use knowledge and expertise to suggest changes to subservicing oversight programs, escalate appropriate issues and support the Consumer Loan Servicing Manager in achieving team objectives. Exhibit ethical behavior and integrity in everyday business conduct. #LI-Post Required Skills Minimum associated degree with an emphasis in Business Administration or equivalent work experience of 5 - 7 years Knowledge of all consumer related loans including residential mortgages, CEMAs, Assignments, Subordinations, Home Equity Line of Credit loans, second mortgages and home improvement loans Knowledge of residential property types, one to four family residence, Condos, PUDs and Co-ops Knowledge of FEMA requirements & Compliance knowledge of all related regulations Knowledge of related loan documentation and litigate documents Vendor relationship management skills Excellent written and verbal skills Problem solving and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail Effective time management, organizational and prioritization skills to reach objectives Job Location Lake Success, New York, United States Position Type Full-Time/Regular 219406-912

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
