We are currently looking for friendly, professional, porter personnel to add to our
talented, highly trained team.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
oStrip, buff and refinish floors
oDust and polish surfaces thoroughly including windowsills, baseboards, furniture,
mirrors, partitions, tiles, and fixtures
oThoroughly vacuum, sweep mop and otherwise clean floors, carpets, area rugs, and
runners
oThoroughly scour, wash and clean all wash basins, sinks, toilet seats, toilet bowls, and
urinals
oEmpty trash receptacles
oSpot clean walls
oReplacing bulbs and other miscellaneous equipment
oSqueegee clean all glass interior and exterior
oDamp wipe and polish all mirrors, shelving, dispensers, fixtures and piping
oFill all paper and soap dispensers
oClean and properly put away working materials upon completion of work, ensuring
storage areas are locked and secure when not in use
oReport any unsafe conditions or situations that require more intensive cleaning to your
site supervisor or manager
oAll other job duties as requested/required.
Job requirements:
oStrong interpersonal skills
oMust be able to communicate in English; Spanish a plus
oGood listeners and able to accurately transmit information
oReliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking and
professional
oMulti tasks work and perform well under pressure
oEager to learn and take on additional responsibility
oMust be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time
oMust be able to work in inclement weather
oMay be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
oPrevious cleaning experience is highly preferred
High School Diploma with some experience in the service and/or hospitality industry is a
plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
