Brandon Scott Consulting Group LLC, a new start up healthcare management consulting firm is hiring for an energetic, talented recruiter for the healthcare industry.
Description:
Oversees full cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating offers
Devises sourcing strategies to attract top talent; creating job descriptions, contacting universities, determining advertising and posting resources
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Manages and facilitates the interview process to ensure a positive and timely experience for candidates and hiring managers
Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Coordinates management interviews and travel, if necessary.
Develops relationships with universities; partner with Career Services to coordinate on-site interviews and consortiums, attend career fairs, and employer presentations
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-3 years of recruiting experience (some agency experience preferred)
Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English
Possess a high sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Superior attention to detail, organization, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong customer-focus, ability to support all levels of management, and collaborate to solve problems
