Position Overview
The Field Sales Representative (BluePrint) supports the Distributor Sales Manager in the NY Metro territory to ensure Company's products are given maximum exposure and ideal placement in all accounts through developing relationships with key store managers, buyers and distributors while providing education, marketing support and pro-active merchandising. The Field Sales Assistant Manager constantly seeks opportunities for growing sales through coordinated demo support, expanded merchandising exposure in current and potential new accounts.

Essential Responsibilities
oEstablish relationships with key Store Managers, with regular conversations, which also include reviews of sales data and other supporting data.
oProactively request orders from store managers and relay to Distributor
oEducate Store Managers and other Team Members/staff on all Company products and offerings
oAcquire additional points of distribution whenever possible; look to place products in as many store locations as possible, as directed by Distributor Sales Manager
oMerchandise accounts: rotating stock on shelf, pack out from back and place POS & price tags as needed
oMonitor inventory outage and address issues with store and Distributor
oTrain Distributors' Personnel; work with Distributor Representatives in the trade to provide them with knowledge of how and where to sell, merchandise and price Products properly
oCollaborate with Demo Team and Brand Education Manager to set up in-store demos as needed and ensure sufficient inventory
Qualifications
o2+ years professional sales experience or related, preferably in beverage/natural foods/health & wellness CPG
oCurrent and Valid Driver's License
oStrong interpersonal skills: excellent verbal and written articulation skills
oAbility to work in fast paced environments with tight deadlines
oAbility to multi-task: superior organizational skills
oAbility to lift, pull and push 50+ pounds, bend over, reach above head height and kneel
oBachelor's Degree preferred
oSuperior leadership experience with managing processes and techniques: supervision, coaching & progressive disciplining
oAbove average fluency in MSWord and MSExcel
oCurrent and Valid Driver's License, access to personal vehicle

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
