Proactively managestasksandprojectsthatimpact administrationofthebusinesstoachieve timelyandefficientaction.

?Managesthedeliveryofservicesandtheday-to-dayclientneedstoretain accounts,establishstrongcllentrelationshipsandachieve highlevelsofclientsatisfaction.
?Maintains andexpands clientrelationshipsbyanalyzing,communicatingandidentifyingcoveragegaps,ensuringthataclient'sriskis beingmanagedinanoptimal manner.
?Identifies importantbusinessneedsofclient andassistwithachievingobjectivesbyeffectivelycommunicatingtotheManager.
Alertsfunctionalareasandescalatesissuesasappropriate.
?Assessestrendsandrisks,elevatestomanagement.Developssolutionstocorrectsituations andprevent reoccurrence.
?Maintains clientrequired businessdocumentation.
?Maintains filesandupdatesmanagementregularly onissueslog,executingon documentationissues.
?Executesallcyclicaleventprocessing.(I.e.,ExcessandSurpluslines)
?Handlesspecialprojects,makesrecommendationstotheManager.
?Supportsoperationalandcomplianceauditsnecessarytopromotethereliabilityandintegrityoftheunderwritingprocess.
?Establishesclient&carrierrelationships anddevelopsanunderstandingofallaspectsoftheclientandcarrier.
?Otherdutiesasassigned. Qualifications
?CollegeDegreeorequivalent workexperiencerequired.
eMinimumof5yearsclientrelationshipexperiencepreferred.
?Possessesasolidunderstandingofinsurance principals.
?Demonstratedabilitytoidentify,document,andunderstandinter-departmentalprocesses.
?Managemultiplepriorities,delivertimelyandaccurateworkproductswithastrongcustomer servicefocus,andrespondwitha senseofurgencyasrequired.
?Effectivewrittenandverbalcommunicationskillstointeractwithinternalandexternalcustomers.
?Abilitytocommunicateideasandinformationconciselyandeffectively.Provenstronginterpersonalskillsincluding activelistening andfollow-upskills.
?Organizationalandtime-managementskillstohandlemultipletasksandprioritize effectively.
?Detailorientedtoensureaccuracywiththeability toidentify,analyzeandsolveserviceissues.
?Resultsorientedwiththedemonstratedabilitytofollow-throughonclientissuestoresolution.

Requirements:

Bachelor'sDegreepreferredor5yearsofrelatableexperience. NewYorkBrokersLicenseRequired.
Appliedknowledgeorexperienceisaplus. Pastexperiencerequired.
Strategicthinker andresultsfocused.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
