Support for all operational and clerical processes, including but not limited to scanning, copying, faxing, filing, data entry, and mail processing.
Communicate with staff, clients and insurance companies to retrieve patient information Data entry:
enter updates into database related to referrals and client communications Filing and other administrative duties Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy is a must Organized, with ability to multi-task Excellent oral and written communication Strong computer skills; type 40 WPM Works well in a collegial team atmosphere Education and/or Experience High School Diploma, and experience working in a professional office Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel Knowledge of basic office equipment (including a photocopy machine, facsimile machine, scanner, binding machine, etc.
