As simple as it seems, these basics are the key clinical focus areas for clinical development for all therapists, newly graduating or experienced.
We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Care Coordinator that wants to give great customer service on a daily basis.
Greet and welcome all patients who enter the clinic.
Communicate the importance of physical and occupational therapy to our patients.
Answer incoming calls promptly and in a customer service friendly manner.
The office receives 500-600 calls on a daily basis handled by a team of care coordinators Encourage patients to keep their appointments, limiting cancellations.
Schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
Complete new patient registration.
Collect applicable payments.
Responsible for scanning, importing and handling faxes from doctor offices Coordinate with patients, therapists, and as required the insurance team, billing team and home care scheduling team Manage the physical therapists and occupational therapists schedules.
