Duties Include:
Operates a console telephone switchboard in order to relay incoming, outgoing and interoffice calls.
Greets and receives visitors and directs as appropriate.
Providing exemplary customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Overall management of the lobby area and graciously greeting community visitors.
Addressing the questions or concerns of prospective or current residents and families.
Providing support to the sales/marketing and business office teams.
Greets visitors at community's front reception desk.
Represents community to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person.
Necessary Skills/
Qualifications:
Experience with hospitality, seniors, health care and service delivery.
Customer Service/Hospitality background-emphasis highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
