We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front desk receptionist.
As a receptionist, you will provide customer service support to our legal team and ensure the smooth operation of our legal department.
This is a full-time position based in our office in Great Neck, New York
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person - Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables - Handle confidential information with utmost discretion - Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of litigation procedures is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the legal field, we encourage you to apply for this position.
