The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and collecting payments.
This position requires excellent customer service skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the dental field and be comfortable with administrative tasks such as filing and updating patient records.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and confirm appointments with patients.
Enter patient information into the dental software system.
Collect payments from patients and process payments in the system.
Provide administrative support to the dental team.
Assist with filing, copying, and other office tasks as needed.
