Responsibilities:
o Originate, originate, originate!o Benefit from our relationship with the top lenders in the country to offer the best speed, service, and technologyo Prospect, develop, and maintain relationships with potential new business referral partners such as realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at largeo Work closely with your team and collaborate on leads, training, and focusing on how to get better every dayo Collect and analyze prospective buyer income, assets and liabilities, background checks, and loan application documents to determine creditworthinesso Counsel borrowers to understand the pros and cons of different loan products to determine which is best for themo Interact with customers, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transactiono Review the loan process by monitoring loan status, term conformity, and regulatory guidelineso Exceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipelineo Leads are provided for Loan Officers looking to add to their book of referral businesso Take advantage of being coached up by our seasoned team of industry leaders
