We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to support one of our top-producing Senior Loan Officer/Team Leaders in our Lake Success, NY office.
This is an on-site position and a great opportunity for an individual motivated by working in a fast-paced sales environment.
Must be upbeat, energetic, proactive, able to work under high pressure, and be interested in playing a big role in the vision of our organization!
Responsibilities:
o Acting as an extension of the Team Leader in their absenceo Updating realtors on specific milestones during the transactiono Helping organize Continuing Education events.
Calling and confirming attendee appearanceso Calling borrowers and taking Loan Applications, requesting updated documents, etc.
o Marketing assistance, email campaigns, help build drip campaignso Running small errands and assisting in a variety of projects, as neededo Attending networking events and building relationships with our clientso Creating itineraries and scheduleso Managing calendars, phone calls, voicemails, and emails
Qualifications:
o 2 or more years as an administrative assistant supporting an executiveo Mortgage industry experience is a pluso Team playero Must be proficient with technology and social mediao Excellent written and verbal communication skillso Demonstrate ability to operate independently without supervisiono Handle stressful situations, use initiative to handle issues, and make decisionso High level of accountability to get tasks and projects done accurately and on timeo Strong work ethic and a positive attitudeAbout Company:
