We have 2 openings for seasoned Loan Officer Assistants to support our top producing sales team in our Lake Success, NY headquarters.
One of these individuals must be fluent and bilingual in Spanish.
This is an in-office position (not remote) so the ideal candidate will be able to commute to the office on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
o Collaborate with loan officers to ensure loan structuring and adherence to underwriting guidelines.
o Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation.
o Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process.
o Exhibit excellent customer service skills to address inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the loan process.
o Demonstrate sales acumen to support business development efforts, including outreach to potential referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners.
o Assist with social media marketing initiatives, including managing accounts, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance.
o Contribute to the preparation of marketing materials and collateral to promote our services.
o Coordinate and assist in planning various events related to business development and client engagement.
o Be part of a collaborative, hard-working team of professionals who are motivated by being the best they can be and continuously seeking ways to improve personally & professionally.
Qualifications:
o One candidate must be bilingual in Spanish - both written and verbalo Bachelor's degree preferredo MUST be able to work in the office in Lake Success, NY.
o Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar positiono Excellent multi-tasker in a very fast-paced environmento Encompass and Salesforce experience are a pluso Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus or if not licensed; willing to take a test to become licensed in NYo Outgoing - Comfortable talking to clients in person or via phoneo Team playero Previous experience in the mortgage industry with a strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processingo Strong communication skills to maintain regular updates with clients, real estate agents, and attorneyso Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to business development effortso Familiarity with social media management and event planningo A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be coached and mentored by top industry professionalsAbout Company:
