Duties consist of greeting patients, making appointments, telephone answering, entering registration information and charges, and occasional rooming of patients.
Must be a people person, warm, and outgoing, enjoying team coordination with proper fit and presentation for the office setting.
Looking for professionalism, positive attitude, calm demeanor, compassion, and caring.
Knowledge and skills should include medical terminology, multitasking, speaking and writing style awareness, computer literacy, and keyboarding ability.
Experience and commuting distance are considerations.
Associate's Degree or higher.
