100% Commission, Laptop & iPhone ProvidedResponsibilitiesoHandle inbound warm leads from interested referral-based clients.
oTake applications, pull credit, and learn the Madison Mortgage Services loan origination system (Encompass).
oCommunicate with Loan Officers and support staff to coordinate the entire mortgage application process.
oCoordinate and prepare the documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork.
oVerify that all loan package documentation received is accurate and complete in accordance with company policy and procedures and report any discrepancies to the loan originator/loan officer.
oHandle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth, and customers receive excellent service.
oAssist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
QualificationsoBachelor's Degree PreferredoMinimum 3 Year Experience as a Licensed Loan Officer or Licensed Loan Officer AssistantoExcellent Multi-tasker in a very fast-paced environmentoRead, Speaking, and Writing Spanish a plus Recommended Skills Administration Loan Origination Mortgage Loans Multitasking Spanish Underwriting Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
