ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Weekly processing of payroll in ADP Work Force Now (WFN).
Respond to payroll questions from employees and managers.
Track SUI rates to ensure all employees are taxed correctly.
Prepare and submit 401k Teamster report weekly.
Respond and assist with government reporting.
Manage and process PTO for non-union employees.
Understand and process the various types of garnishments.
Process union reports including dues, pension, welfare.
Process unemployment claims.
Record and maintain employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance and termination date and reason.
Assist with the implementation and training of new HR procedures.
React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.

5 years of payroll experience ADP Workforce Now payroll software REQUIRED Provenexperience pertaining to administration of union benefits Skills we are seeking:
Demonstrate sense of urgency and works well under pressure Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the initiative to work independently Excellent team player and ability to collaborate Highly detail-oriented and accurate Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to efficiently handle a variety of confidential information Solid integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
