This is a management role that will directly and indirectly supervise individuals, building staff, operations, and coordinate the various functions.
JOB DESCRIPTION Establishing and maintaining files and records, reports, and systems needed to effectively manage the properties according to policies and procedures established by the company.
Assisting in Clerical Tasks - Such as answering phone calls, filing etc.
Handling resident complaints.
Communicate work orders to the Maintenance team as required Verify work orders are completed to satisfaction Consistently maintain knowledge and changes of each assigned property.
Write, prepare, and distribute all memos, notices, and other correspondences in regard to building changes, updates, or property information.
Maintain the accuracy of building and tenant confidential files and documents to ensure accurate records are maintained.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree.

years of serving as a Assistant Property Manager or like title in Real Estate.
Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Highly developed attention to detail.
Ability to perform at high levels in a fast paced, ever-changing work environment.
