Job Summary You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of internal operational efficiency and for delivering superior customer & vendor service.
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner for documentation requests, scheduling coordination, or anything else required in the order fulfillment lifecycle Sales and purchase order entry Inventory tracking, planning, and communication Serving as liaison between customers and various departments in the organization Taking proactive steps to improve the customer's order fulfillment experience and relationship Troubleshooting customer issues Troubleshooting inter-departmental issues between sales and logistics or accounting Contribute new ideas to leadership team that foster client success Qualifications BA/BS is preferred 3-5 years' experience or more in wholesale/distribution/ecommerce Ability to effectively communicate with clients, managers, and intra-company departments with both excellent written and verbal skills High energy, proactive, and highly organized with an ability to manage and complete multiple tasks on time A client-friendly, go-getter personality A commitment to going above and beyond to make clients happy with a no task too small outlook Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
