Responsibilities:
Ensuring all incoming sales calls are answered and handled correctly and efficiently Ensuring all internet leads are responded to and followed up accordingly Make follow up calls to unsold/sold customers Assist customers by answering their questions and helping them demo, select and purchase the right vehicle for their needs.
Assist schedule, train, and supervise BDC/Internet Staff Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assist sales staff to manage deals from start to finish.
Provide sales reports for the management team.
Perform proper customer follow-up to unsold customers to maximize all selling opportunities.
Maintain a sold customer follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business to contribute to customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others High school diploma or GED preferred Previous experience as BDC Rep or Manager is a must Professional appearance and demeanor Able to achieve goals with limited direct supervision Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor Must have an outgoing personality (a people person) with excellent communication skills, verbal and written skills Job Type:

$55,000.
00 - $100,000.
